Our Mission

Rise and Thrive Women's Healing Circle

a supportive community group dedicated to empowering women and fostering personal growth. Our small but passionate group seeks to expand its reach within the community, offering a safe space where women can find support, resources, and guidance on various topics. Through bi-weekly Zoom meetings, we bring together women from diverse backgrounds to share experiences, learn from guest speakers, and create a nurturing environment for healing.

At Rise and Thrive, we recognize the importance of addressing a wide range of topics that are relevant to women's lives. Our guest speakers cover subjects such as mental health, marriages, relationships, and more. By inviting experts to share their insights, we aim to provide valuable information and perspectives that can support personal development and overall well-being. Creating a safe space is at the heart of our support group. We believe that every woman deserves a non-judgmental and understanding environment where she can freely express herself and be heard. Get ready for a summer filled with fun, learning, and adventure at Agape Village's 3rd Annual Summer Camp! This year, we are thrilled to announce our early bird special, with spots available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity for our youth! Early bird special ends April 19th!

Summer Camp

We offer a structured high quality learning enrichment summer camp to our adolescent youth ages 5 -12 by providing an intimate setting for youth to cultivate their natural interest through one on one scaffolding, activities, experiences and most of all play and fun!

We also focus on strengthening youth skills in math, literacy, comprehension, writing and STEM

Resources

Working deeply in the communities of urban Washington DC, we offer program services such as G.E.D tutoring for those looking to obtain their G.E.D, Tutoring for school age children ages k-12, food and produce, financial literacy classes support groups, and career/workforce development training!

Resources Referral

We offer free referrals to vetted businesses and organizations that provide viable solutions to individuals in need of various resources.
